Dolphin Swimming at Cayo Naranjo is one place that must be visited during any stay at Guardalavaca or Playa Esmeralda. This natural reserve houses a number of dolphins and other local sea-life in a large open sea aquarium a short distance from the resort. Most of the hotels in the area offer daily trips. There is one villa available for rental at the dolphinarium. Any guests staying at this villa can swim with the dolphins as often as they like.
